When will I receive my order?
Estimated delivery times are 5 to 10 business days from the date of shipment. The shipping time for your order depends on the product ordered. Some products are available for pre-order, and this will be clearly indicated on the product page. The shipping time remains the same. Please refer to the shipping policy.
Can I return an item?
Yes, you can return your order, and we are committed to processing these returns. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order . Once we have received and inspected your return package , we will issue a refund within 10 days . Please note that your bank may have an additional processing time.
